Mumbai Indians chased down the score with help of good batting performance from Sachin Tendulkar and Shikar Shawan at the top and then little cameo from Kieron Pollard.
Sachin Tendulkar was given the man of the match for second consecutive time.
Earlier, Sachin Tendulkar won the toss and invited Chennai to bat. Chennai made 180 for the loss of two wickets. Suresh Raina smashed 83 off just 53 balls which included seven fours and three sixes. Subramaniam Badrinath made 55.
